My name is Abdel Aziz, and I am originally from Mali. I went to Ghana in September 2022.
At BT Institute, I studied English As A Foreign Language, which I completed in June 2023.
My primary motivation for going to Ghana was to have the opportunity to be in an English country and complete a full English program   I enrolled at BT Institute in September 2022. I first heard about BT through friends whom did it years before.
I was really motivated by the fact to be fluent in English which is a very important language like everybody knows.
Currently, I am working in France as a Human Resources Consultant for a major company called Colas. My experience at BT Institute significantly shaped my educational and professional journey. The comprehensive curriculum and the supportive learning environment at BT Institute provided me with a strong foundation in English, which has been invaluable in my role at Colas. The skills I acquired, particularly in communication and cross-cultural understanding, have been crucial in managing a diverse workforce and navigating the complexities of international business.
The time spent at BT Institute not only enhanced my linguistic abilities but also boosted my confidence and equipped me with essential tools for professional growth. The exposure to different cultures and the emphasis on practical application of language skills have been particularly beneficial in my current position, where effective communication and cultural sensitivity are key.
